DEXTERs School
Privacy Policy

Who is responsible
DEXTERs School is a project operated by Lan Malek, who is responsible for the personal information collected through this Coming Soon website. For questions or requests, email dx.info.school@gmail.com.
What we collect
For student early access, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your learning interest and a short description of your learning challenges.
For founding creator applications, we collect your name, email, teaching topic, course description and optional information about the format of educational material you already have. The form does not upload that material.
We also store submission timestamps and a simple landing-page source. A random, time-limited registration receipt helps protect optional preference updates. We do not ask for payment information, phone numbers or account passwords.
Our infrastructure providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. We do not add those details to your lead record.
Why we use it
We use early access information to contact you about the first courses, product tests and launch, and optional learning answers to help choose useful first courses. Creator information helps us assess your proposed subject and contact you about possible collaboration.
Your voluntary request to receive early access updates is the basis for those updates; you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. We use creator application information to respond to your request and explore a potential collaboration. We use limited technical information for our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website. Where applicable law requires a different basis or consent, that law applies.
We do not sell your personal information, use your submissions to train AI models, or make automated decisions about your eligibility for education.
Providers and access
Vercel hosts the website and server-side form processing. Supabase stores registrations and creator applications; the project database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Cloudflare provides DNS for the domain with proxying disabled. Google Gmail handles messages sent to our public contact address.
Access to submitted information is restricted to the operator and service providers as needed to run these services. Providers may operate internationally, and their support, infrastructure or communications services may process information outside your country. Applicable protections and legal requirements still apply. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and rights of the service.
Cookies and tracking
After early access registration, the website sets an essential, first-party cookie for up to seven days. It lets the same browser safely complete optional learning preferences without logging in. It is not used for advertising or tracking across websites. You can remove it through your browser; doing so may prevent later preference updates from that browser.
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visitor statistics, including page views, referring sites, device/browser types and approximate country or region. Vercel uses a short-lived request-derived identifier rather than analytics cookies. We strip query parameters from page URLs and do not send form answers, names or emails as analytics events. We use these limited statistics to understand website usage and improve the site. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site marketing trackers.
Retention and security
We keep registration and application information only while it is useful for the early access or creator enquiry you requested. We review whether it is still needed as the project progresses, and remove it when the purpose ends or when a valid deletion request is fulfilled, unless a legal obligation requires retention. Technical logs and provider backups may have separate retention periods.
We use HTTPS, server-side validation and restricted database access to protect submissions. No system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
Your choices and rights
Submitting information is optional. An email is needed to join early access; the learning questions can be skipped. Required creator fields are needed to assess and respond to an application.
Contact dx.info.school@gmail.com to stop updates, request access, correct information or request deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object, receive a portable copy or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your own data. You can also contact your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy as the project or its data handling changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
